In reviewing the current COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, and the specific requirements in place in San Diego, CA, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing in order to attend 2025's DGIQ West + EDW. DATAVERSITY still recommends that all attendees take measures to manage their own health risks and protect themselves by wearing face coverings (masks) indoors, and being vaccinated with the latest available boosters at least two weeks prior to attending the conference. If conditions around COVID-19 change such that stricter protocols are required by any health authority with jurisdiction in San Diego, CA, then we will notify attendees immediately.

DATAVERSITY cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, and will not be held liable for any instances of infection or illness for any participants who attend the events. Exhibitor shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties against all Claims by Exhibitor’s employees and guests arising out of or related to infection with COVID-19, whether before, during, or after attendance at the Event.

Speakers: You will receive a coupon code via your speaker checklist (upon accepting your invite). Please note that these codes apply to Conference and Tutorial sessions from Monday morning through Thursday afternoon, with the option to add the Thursday-Friday Seminars for an additional cost.

DVTC Essential Subscription Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive access to DATAVERSITY Training Center's Essential Subscription for one year, which includes any sessions recorded at DGIQ West + EDW and previous face-to-face conference presentations + webinars, podcast episodes, product demos, case studies, and online conferences, as well as the complete catalog of “What Is…” on-demand courses, and all related insider content.

Essential Subscription access, including any videos recorded at DGIQ West + EDW, will be shared via email approximately 2-3 weeks after the event's end. Videos will include all Keynotes as well as many Conference Sessions and Product Sessions. They will not include Monday Tutorials, Thursday Workshops, or Thursday-Friday Seminars.

*Applicable to all in-person registrations except Exhibit Booth Pass registrations.

Session Handouts Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive electronic access to any DGIQ West + EDW session slide decks received via a handouts page shared with attendees 2 weeks before the conference (with the exception of Thursday-Friday Seminars, which are not posted to the handouts page).

Available Add-Ons

As a registrant, you can get DATAVERSITY’s Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®) Training for the exclusive price of $800 (normally $1599). You get immediate access and can study for the CDMP exam now, then take your exams onsite at DGIQ + EDW. And you only pay for the exam if you pass!

As a registrant, you can also enroll in DATAVERSITY’s Applied Data Governance Practitioner (ADGP) Certification for the exclusive price of $800 (normally $1599). Study now and take your ADGP Exam onsite at DGIQ + EDW, and only pay for the exam if you pass!

To take advantage of these offerings, just select the appropriate add-on during the registration process, and it'll be added to your registration. Access will be emailed within a week of purchase.

Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in speakers' availability. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or a similar topic. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by April 10, 2026, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after April 11, 2026, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive credit to a future event through the end of 2027. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

In the unlikely circumstance that DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason beyond our control on or after April 11, 2026, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered that may be used for future in-person or digital events or digital training through 2027.
